With a family who owned a real estate business for more than 40 years, Di started her dream job as a Property Consultant in 1997.
Over the years Di has worked in all areas of the real estate profession. Many of her clients comment on her superior product knowledge, professionalism, helpfulness and enthusiasm in reaching the best possible outcome. Di believes in her team being approachable and following through on what they say they’re going to do.
As Director, Licensee & Property Consultant, Di manages our team, arranges business and property campaigns and liaises with groups and businesses in the community, while also listing and selling properties. She is a member of REIWA (Sales Committee), UN Women Aus. and Business Chicks.
Outside of work Di can be found enjoying dinners with her family, watching netball and football games, travelling, reading and playing tennis.

With his mother and grandfather both running successful real estate companies, Zac grew up around this industry and graduated with a Masters in Business Management before becoming a Property Consultant, now part of the Team Addenbrooke sales team, and our Director.
Zac is known for going above and beyond for his clients to ensure that no stone is left unturned, their best interests are prioritised and the maximum sale price is achieved within the shortest amount of time.
When he’s not working, Zac enjoys an active lifestyle that revolves around basketball and the beach, listening to podcasts for personal and professional development, and spending time with his partner and dogs, friends and family.

Karen brings over 40 years of bookkeeping and client services to the Pulse Property Group team. In addition to her duties as a Head of Property Management, Karen is also a Relationship Manager and Accountant, which means she is across the department happenings and also manages trust receipts and payments.
Known for her efficiency and consideration in resolving any issues that arise, Karen’s clients appreciate how hard-working, compassionate and approachable she is, as well as her attention to detail.
Karen is an avid Eagles fan who loves experiencing new places, sights and cultures overseas and catching up with the close-knit group of friends that met at university.

Kiri serves as our ‘brand guardian’, taking care of Pulse Property Group’s visual identity, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events and public relations strategies.
In her additional role managing our Applecross office, Kiri is responsible for customer service and care, staff training, database management and other day-to-day tasks. She also has her real estate registration and is a member of REIWA, UN Women Aus. and Business Chicks.
If Kiri isn’t spending time with her Kelpie pup Harriet, you’ll find her playing or watching sport, out at music gigs or seeing friends. A keen traveller, she’s also always planning her next adventure – whether it’s a quick trip to Melbourne or several weeks overseas.

Kim’s lifelong passion for the exciting and demanding world of real estate is on display from the first time that you meet her. Kim uses her intricate knowledge of business, negotiation and the property market to achieve the best result for her clients.
Kim’s business acumen is matched by her high-level interpersonal and communication skills, to ensure a seamless and positive property experience. Kims fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, also allows her the ability to efficiently assist more clients with their property needs.
A highly motivated and results-driven professional real estate sales consultant, Kim is also a qualified CPA and attained her MBA in 2005 from Curtin University. Prior to commencing in the real estate industry, Kim had a successful career as a finance manager for several large multinational companies in the mining, and oil and gas industries.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys golf, yoga, and spending time with her family.

After spending more than 10 years consulting in the mining industry, Shona began her Real Estate career in 2015, and has built a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in selling and buying, project development, and funding.
Utilising her MBA degree, Shona has strong business sense and excellent negotiation skills.
In addition to speaking fluent English and Chinese, Shona brings the benefit of her Feng Shui and I Ching skills to the table for her clients.

Having started investing in property herself at the age of 21, Niki is a self-described ‘homebody’ and likes to spend her weekends in the garden and doing outside activities such as hiking and kayaking with her kids and dog.

Beginning her career at Pulse with a traineeship in 2020, Amber quickly found her place with our team enjoying the challenges and ever-changing nature of Property Management. Completing tasks to a consistently high level, Amber became tremendously efficient in assisting our Property Management Department.
Always keen to learn and continue her development, Amber was recently promoted to Relationship Manager, taking on her own portfolio.
Outside of the office, you can find Amber spending time at home with her cat Luna, out for dinner, or on the road for a camping trip; exploring WA whenever she can.
